Having the biggest and most accurate press brake in the UK Irvon are able to offer the biggest range of pressed sections in the UK. We offer pressed channels and angles or other bespoke sections in all grades of carbon and stainless steel.
Our cnc controlled presses offer steel folding with unrivalled accuracy and repeatability. Computer controlled crowning allows fine adjustment of the fold creating folded sections that are consistent down the full length and from the first off to the last.
Often used to create eye catching modern structures and fascias, it is important that sections are created with care. Irvon have dedicated tooling and handling equipment specifically designed to minimise any tooling or witness marks. So even soft material can be processed safely.
Having industry leading shearing and plasma cutting facilities that feed the presses quickly and accurately we can respond very quickly to cutomer requirements, however large or small.
