Folded steel channels, angles and pressed sections up to 12.5 metres long
Our press braking machines are the biggest and most accurate in the country. With a total of 1300 tonnes of force available over 12.5 metres we can fold 20mm thick plate over the full length.
With the latest sectional tooling we can regularly replace worn or damaged sections. Meaning our pressed parts are more consistent and with little or no witness marking. This makes us your ideal choice for bending aluminium and stainless steel.
With CNC control Irvon can adjust the fold in six places down the machine producing class-leading accuracy and repeatability.
