Our press brake is the biggest and most accurate of its kind in the UK, allowing us to brake press up to 12.5 metres in length with an incredible 1300 tonnes of force. We offer steel bending in carbon, stainless steels and aluminium.

Our machines have the latest sectional tooling that evenly spreads wear. Witness marking and contamination is kept to a minimum making us the ideal choice for bending Stainless Steel or Nickel Alloys.

Computers calculate the specific force required to bend the work-piece, dependent on the grade of material or actual tensile strength. Even material that is prone to a large degree of spring-back, such as Hardox® or Armox® can be bent accurately.

Any variation in thickness of material will cause over-bending or under-bending at different points down the length. Our machines can adjust the bend at 6 points down the length of machine to compensate for this.

The machine is accurate to within a tenth of a millimetre along the full 12.5 metre bend. This repeatability saves our customers production time because the parts we supply are consistent in size.
