Our profiling bed is 25 metres long and when coupled with our 20 tonne cranes it means that we are able to cut some very long pieces of steel.
By calling on the relationships that we have built with the best plate producers in Europe we can supply extra long pieces in any grade, avoiding the need for welded joints.
Having such a long bed means that we can work on two 12 metre long plates at once.
We can be unloading and dressing the product of one plate while cutting another.
This allows us to be both very competitive and also offer the quickest lead times.

Of course the profiler is fully CNC controlled and can accept customer drawings directly in a number of formats. We also have a drawing office to translate your drawings into CAD format.
To save material costs and time, we have an advanced nesting program that efficiently utilises material and manages / remembers offcut plate, maintaining traceability.
