At Irvon we recognise that building in quality assurance is important in sustaining long-term business success. Our Quality Management System is approved and certified to ISO 9001: 2015 by Lloyds Register, and we integrate formal processes into our work from point-of-order to final delivery. We also often work with ITP’s (Inspection & Test Plan) and TCP’s (Trade Control Plan), within larger projects to give our customers control and understanding of QA in production, and establish key checks at important stages of manufacture.
We are also certified to JOSCAR Stage 2. JOSCAR is an accreditation system used by major defence contractors to share information and manage risk among key suppliers.
We remain commited to the goals of maintaining a safe environment for work and also the environment safe in our work. We have had accreditation to ISO 14001 for over a decade and environmental management runs throughout our quality management system.
Most recently, and since its inception, we have committed to the National Cyber Security Centre’s Cyber Essentials certification, building digital and data safety into our computer systems – protecting our customers and ourselves.
