Aluminium Welding

Aluminium rolled cylinders welded with mechanised MIG, reliably and repeatably

As most welders know, aluminium is a notoriously difficult material to weld. Each layer must be kept exceptionally clean and impurities controlled. Here at Irvon, we have developed mechanical MIG welding techniques to produce rolled and welded aluminium cans in thicknesses from 8mm to 180mm. This well-controlled and clean process produces high-quality and reliable welds of excellent appearance in the fastest possible time, saving both time and money.

We can roll and weld cylinders to produce a superior product to a casting or fold and weld special sections to your design and specification.
