Fully CNC controlled flame-cutting machinery allows us to cut 12m x 3m steel plates up to 100mm thick, producing high-quality cut edges and weld preps. Even with laser cutting and plasma cutting facilities, we still maintain flame cutting and profiling machinery for the thick products it can offer and versatility in production. The ability to cut thick weld preps strongly complements our heavy plate rolling and ensures we can offer the roundest cylinders by cutting high-quality weld preps in the rolling machines.
