Our press braking machines are the biggest and most accurate in the country. With a total of 1300 tonnes of force available over 12.5 metres we can fold 20mm thick plate over the full length. Our bevel laser capabilities pair ideally with the press to produce laser cut pressings with excellent edge quality, accuracy and bevel cut countersunk holes and weld preps.
With the latest sectional tooling we can regularly replace worn or damaged sections. Meaning our pressed parts are more consistent and with little or no witness marking. This makes us your ideal choice for bending aluminium and stainless steel.
With CNC control Irvon can adjust the fold in six places down the machine producing class-leading accuracy and repeatability. Our years of experience have also equipped us to tackle the most demanding non-standard sections and bespoke products.
We also have the skills necessary to work out complex bend orders and coupled with the very latest multi axis press brakes we are able to offer pressed sections that our competitors find impossible.
